What Happens When I Become a Member?
Members sign the Red Membership Book with a person on the Membership Team, the minister, or one of the Board Members. But, before that happens we ask that you have either attended an Orientation to UUFH program of talked one-on-one with the minister. The Red Membership Book is a permanent record of the more than 500 people who have signed the book and become Members of UUFH since September, 1980.
Not all of our congregants are Members; Some are Friends
They've chosen to be a Friend of UUFH for many different reasons. Some are spouses of members; others have connections to other religious communities where a member resides, or they just choose not to be a member. Friends sign a card of Friendship. Friends are listed in the UUFH directory.
